Member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid (Bar Association of Madrid) since 1989, she is a law graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and got a Master in Legal assistance for Construction and Developer Companies awarded by the Escuela de Arquitectura de Madrid (Architecture School of Madrid). She is specialized in real-estate law, leasing, horizontal property (condominiums) and urban issues. She has given conferences and directed courses about different real-estate matters.

Concepción Pelayo Jiménez

Member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid (Bar Association of Madrid) since 1983, she is a law graduated from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She is specialized in Family Law and is member, since its foundation, of the Asociación Española de Abogados de Familia (AEAFA) (Spanish Association of Family Lawyers).
She has taken many courses of her speciality at the Bar Association of Madrid, the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, and participated, among others, in the European Congress of Family Law that took place in Alicante in year 2000.

Arturo Muñoz Aranguren

He graduated from Law School at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has got a Master in Law awarded by the Instituto de Estudios Superiores San Pablo CEU (1997-1998) (High Studies Institute San Pablo). He is member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid (Bar Association of Madrid) since 1999. He has a wide experience in all the litigation fields, and is specialized in contentious administrative proceedings and actions for infringement of fundamental rights and freedoms.
He collaborates, as assistant professor in litigation law, in the Master of Private Law at the Bar Association of Madrid.
He is author of several articles published in legal journals, such as, “La infracción de la doctrina jurisprudencial como motivo del recurso de casación en la LEC 1/2000”, Revista General de Derecho Procesal nº 18 (junio, 2009); “A vueltas con el valor vinculante de la jurisprudencia”, Revista General de Derecho Procesal nº 17 (marzo, 2009); “La inconstitucionalidad sobrevenida del artículo 313 de la Ley Hipotecaria.” “La Ley”. He collaborates with the Service of Legal Advice of “Proyecto Hombre Madrid” (1996-2006) and in the Learning Area of Ádeo Conexia, S.L. (2002-2006). Besides being specialized in Economic Criminal Law, he has a wide experience in Commercial Law. He has given courses about different legal subjects and is co-author of the monograph “Tramitación de subvenciones públicas conforme a la Ley General de Subvenciones”, Published in April 2006 by the Spanish Association of Foundations (Asociación Española de Fundaciones).

José María Osuna Benavides

He joined the Firm in year 1999 and has covered, with special dedication, the areas of Private Patrimonial Law and Administrative Law, in the grounds aspects as well as in the procedural ones, intervening in the assistance and negotiation of commercial contracts and matters related to Companies’ Law. He has got a Master in Law awarded by the Instituto de Estudios Superiores San Pablo CEU (1998-1999) and a Master in New Technologies Law (e-commerce, data protection, etc.) (2000-2001), awarded by the Universidad San Pablo (CEU).
