The Firm was established in Madrid in 1985, founded by D. Ramón C. Pelayo Jiménez, Public Prosecutor in voluntary leave. The Firm offers specialised legal advice on negotiation, arbitration and litigation and has undertaken some of the most significant lawsuits in Spain over the last years.
It is formed by specialised Lawyers on all legal areas, all of them experts in Procedural Law and Litigation, offering legal advice in different languages, to both national and international clients. The Firm is particularly concerned about the on going training of its members and makes a stand on legal research work.
