Given the increasingly importance of international commercial transactions, we found it necessary to provide an answer to foreign clients in Spanish Law, as well as to render Spanish clients the necessary legal advice for their transactions outside our country.

In order to achieve this goal, “Ramón C. Pelayo Abogados” has been cooperating for many years with law firms in different countries, from Latin America to Middle East, and is specialized in Argentinian law.

Within the European scope, there is an ongoing legal relation amongst Ramón C. Pelayo Abogados and several law firms and companies from most countries throughout the European Continent, in a more regular way, with Italy.

Ramón C. Pelayo Abogados has been working for more than fifteen years as a member of EURAVOCAT, European Grouping of Economic Interests, currently formed by Law Firms from France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary.

A meeting of the Association member firms, together with some of their co-operators, is held on an annual basis, to enhance close personal links and to deepen in friendship bonds. Its target is based on the members’ reciprocal knowledge with the aim of jointly following on and surveying the legal co-operation amongst its law firms, which is a matter further ahead of professional relationships merely. We are glad to consider such target a success. Moreover, we consider these meetings as a very suitable opportunity to discover about the latest legal news in other countries.
